We are a Belgian / Russian couple, we know each other since 20 months, we are in a stable relationship as we met many times in the real life. We planned to marry in May 2020 in Belgium.
Our marriage declaration is officially published in my commune but we are separated since early March, both locked down alone at 5000 Kms of each other, with no way to meet somewhere and no process forward possible for our marriage (Belgium refuses all bride visa requests).
I wrote a letter in French to the Prime Minister and other ministers explaining my case.
