Does anyone know anything about getting married online? Apparently it is possible to get a marriage certificate without being physically present together, according to the Utah county. You do it basically through zoom and it doesn't matter where on the planet you are. I am curious if anyone has taken this path to become an exemption to the travel bans in order to reunite.
