Hi, im portuguese but i live in England , has i have family in Portugal and i know my country also is going trough restrictions i believe as they mentioned before , to enter Portugal you just need to get a negative test on arrival , the quarentine part is always changing but im sure even if you have to quarentine you will still manage to stay with your partner .
