I´m Brazilian and I have a relationship with a Spanish guy, and we did not see each other since March. We were very excited to the new possibility and I sent many documents to the consulate, such as, pictures together, bank transfers, events tickets, flights, etc. However, they are allowing just partners who have an official certification of the relationship marital status (parejas de hecho), mutual bank accounts, and other official documents, those many couples do not have and to prove the relationship have 1 year continuously. He is my boyfriend and we can not see each other because we do not have that official documents. It is very unfair and I think this association do not have to consider Spain in the #LoveIsNotTourism list, because it is not real.
